1. NEXT STEPS
You have your venue chosen and the date saved, but what should you do now? Here is some advice on how you can ensure simple and smooth running of your big day.
2. ROOMING LIST & ACCOMODATION PLAN
To help us welcome your guests smoothly on the day, please complete the Rooming List document as follows:

Tab 1 - Rooming List: for guests staying at Château Gassies, so we can prepare their rooms and welcome them properly.

Tab 2 - Hotel Form: required details for all guests staying at Gassies.

Tab 3 - Guest List: for all other guests attending the wedding. Please list them alphabetically (surname, first name), and if possible, include their hotel and email address. An example is included, please delete it before filling in your list.
3. HOTEL OFFERS
Château Gassies has established exclusive partnerships with select hotels in Bordeaux, allowing your guests to enjoy special rates using a dedicated code created just for our clients.
4. OFFERS AT CHÂTEAU GASSIES
We know that organising a wedding can be timely, to lighten some of this work Château Gassies has partnered with some local Châteaux to bring to you an exquisite selection of wine and champagne.
The whole process of the order will be organised directly by us, saving you time and unnecessary delivery costs and handling upon arrival.
Chateau Gassies also has the pleasure to offer you beautifully scented pouches of Lavender, filled with handpicked Lavender directly from the gardens of Château Gassies. We also offer tins of light and refreshing organically produced Tea produced by Row & Ma of Paris.
And for a moment of calm during your stay, on-site massages are available for you and your guests. The perfect way to unwind before or after the big day.
5. OUR LOVELY PARTNERS
We have chosen our local partners with utmost care for the quality of their work and their professionalism, ensuring the perfection of your dream wedding. Our lists offer a wide variety of choices, and we trust you will find there the suppliers suiting your exact expectations.
It is mandatory that you choose your wedding planner, DJ, wedding day caterer and babysitter from our list.
6. SNACK MENU - BAKERY
To keep things simple and delicious on your big day, we offer a selection of fresh snacks prepared by our local baker. Ideal for the couple and their guests to enjoy at lunchtime before the festivities begin. Orders must be placed directly with the baker by email and will be delivered to the Château:
7. Check-In Information
During check-in, we will kindly ask you to:

Sign the Image Authorisation form (you’ll find it attached, feel free to fill it out in advance and send it back to us at

Organise the €3000 security deposit – this can be done via card (please note that Amex is not accepted). No money will be debited; the amount will simply be earmarked by your bank.

Complete the inventory – our housekeeping team will have thoroughly checked the property prior to your arrival. From the moment you check in, you can either complete the inventory yourselves, or report within 2 hours of your guests’ arrival at the Château if anything is broken or unsatisfactory. This document will be handed to you upon arrival.
