Overlooking Bordeaux from a peaceful hillside, Château Gassies is more than an 18th-century estate, it’s our Home.

We are Géraldine and Ben, your hosts at Chateau Gassies and we created this unique signature journey to share what we love most about France: its culture, gastronomy and way of life.

 

After living many years abroad, restoring this 18th-century estate near Bordeaux became our way of sharing the true French Art de Vivre with our guests, blending historic charm with modern comfort. 

Today, our Château is a refined retreat offering elegant suites, peaceful views, and warm hospitality.

 

Ideally located at the crossroads of Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, the Médoc, Sauternes, and the Dordogne, Château Gassies is your gateway to Southwest France’s finest treasures: world-class wines, truffles, caviar, historic villages, and refined restaurants.

 

Our 7 night/8-day immersive experience is crafted around the French Art de Vivre the joy of living well through gastronomy, heritage, and human connection. With just 10–12 guests per session, you’ll enjoy exclusive tastings, Michelin-rated meals, and curated visits, all in an intimate, relaxed atmosphere.

We offer only 5 to 6 dates per year, timed to coincide with the truffles and caviar seasons.
